| 1．Technical
service: |

Trainings and installations will be done acc. to contracts
or technical agreements |
| 2．Maintenance
service: |
During the specified guarantee period, the company will
take full responsibilities for the contracted product.
Repair, exchange and return will be guaranteed under
the condition that the products, such as its variety,
type, specifications, packing, and quality, checked
by customers and inspected by the department concerned
of the company won’t correspond to the agreed contract；
During the specified guarantee period, we will send
technical personnel to maintain machines free of charge；
If our person can’t clear troubles within 10 days from
his arrival, the company will pay 30 yuan/ hour from
the eleventh day (counted as per 8 hours/day). Exchange
and return of the machine is guaranteed if it is not
up to the specifications in two weeks；
Breakages or troubles caused by customers owing to their
unsuitable transportation, installation or use during
the guarantee period, the company will be responsible
for maintenance but will charge them for the cost；
The costs of maintenance and technical service out of
the guarantee period will be decided by the after-sale
service section of the sales department。 |
