The predecessor of JiaoDa Kunji High-tech Company Limited
was Central Machine Works which was established in 1939
and was renamed Kunming Machine Tool Plant in 1953. It is
the first share-listed company in the capital market of
China, integrated the concepts ideals of the university,
H shares，the state-owned enterprise of assets restructure
and conformity of strategic resources in the western part
of China.

Our company has the first class equipments, such as machining
equipments, heat-treatment, casting and forging equipments
in large，medium and small sizes，with strong strength of
maintenance and rich experiences. We can repair, install,
adjust and rebuild various mechanical equipments, CNC electric
equipments and nonstandard devices. |

Our company has 1002 major equipments，including 640
metal cutting machines,106 key equipments. They can be used
for machining various complicated parts, such as boxes,
spindles and shafts, gears and screws. machining capacity
is shown as below:
